2002 Cabernet Sauvignon
The wine has berry, mint and some leaf characteristics. Spice and dusty tannins have mellowed and sufficient acidity compliment subtle French oak on the finish. Our first red wine sealed under ProCork to minimise the risk of cork taint.

2001 Cabernet Sauvignon
Lighter style than previous vintages with a lower alcohol‚ eucalyptus‚ herbaceous characters and soft tannins makes this wine an ideal choice for casual dining.

2000 Cabernet Sauvignon

Greeted by the intense colour associated with a bouquet of blackberries and a hint of mint and eucalyptus this wine has the typical firm but unobtrusive dusty tannins and a lingering finish. Drinking exceptionally well now but will soften and develop with cellaring for a further 5+ years.

1999 Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine continues to mellow as it ages with softer tannins and a rounded palate that complements the blackberry bouquet and hints of gaminess. Very limited quantities and only available from cellar door.
